Terms of use
These terms cover buying and using Snaggy. By buying or using the app you agree to them.
Your licence
When you buy Snaggy you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it on the number of Macs your plan covers: 1, 3 or 5. It's a one-time purchase with no subscription. The licence includes every feature and all 1.x updates.
You can move your licence to another Mac at any time by choosing "Deactivate this Mac" in Settings › License & Updates on the old one.
What you can't do
- Share, resell or publish your licence key, or use it on more Macs than you paid for.
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
- Use Snaggy to break the law or the terms of the websites you save.
Payment
Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, so their checkout terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax or VAT is added where required. Launch prices may change for new purchases; what you paid for your licence doesn't change.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for details.
Your data
Your links stay on your Mac and belong to you. The privacy policy explains what Snaggy connects to and why.
Updates
Updates in the 1.x series are free. A future major version (2.0) may be a paid upgrade; your 1.x licence keeps working regardless.
Third parties
Snaggy works with your browsers, Apple Intelligence and, if you connect them, AI apps over MCP. Those products are made by other companies and their own terms apply. We aren't responsible for how they work or change.
No warranty
We work hard to make Snaggy reliable, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Keep your own exports of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Snaggy. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Ending the licence
If you break these terms, we may cancel your licence. You can stop using Snaggy at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply to purchases made after it.
Who we are
